I just came home from Walmart in Leduc, there is a big center aisle display of toilet paper (by the paper products) with a sign saying 3.97 for 24 double rolls of satin soft toilet paper. I didn't have any coupons for this, but it still seemed like a smokin hot deal. It was even better when I got to the till, because it scans @ 7.97 scop= free.
Check your walmart to see if they have this !

Superstore scops as well. At the Sherwood Park one I never even asked for it as one customer service realized I was charged regular price she instructed the trainee to give it to me free.
