The Official and ONLY Place to Discuss Negative Trade Experiences + Trade Blacklist

I need an opinion.
About 3 weeks ago did a trade with an SC'er, I ended up sending 6 x $3 Timmies cards for a buuuunch of similac cheques. I got the cheques but the other user has not received their end yet which is very odd. After a bunch of PM's I was asked to send the cheques back until she receives my end of the trade. When she receives my end she will mail the cheques back to me. Also the cheques that are being sent back are to be sent to a different address then where I sent the Timmies cards.... I am kind of bummed I almost don't want to send them back because I fear that I am out the Tim cards and the cheques now and that is a pain in my rear!! The user has a great rating and has been on here for a while... but it hasn't even been a month since the trade was made and I've waited on traded far longer.

Any tips or advice on this?

Did you right down the card # & pin #..... you can tell online if they have been used.

candymom1 it seems like you're just losing too many trades/trains or simply being very unlucky and having too many unfortunate events. Either way I'd like you to please stop trading on SC. I am not saying you're a thief but clearly there is a higher risk of things going wrong with your trades and I'd rather get rid of this risk.

So please stop trading final decision.

Does that mean that the trader has moved? If so, I don't see how it is your fault ....either her mail didn't get forwarded or it is still sitting at the former residence. If she hasn't moved then I would find it suspicious and would be reluctant, as you are, to return the cards....

I also find this to be very strange, and would be reluctant to return the cheques. I'd probably suggest waiting for a few weeks to the other party. I have gotten trades over a month after they were mailed (initiated weeks after the strike). I'd think they'd be understanding that you don't want to waste postage, either.

Will she be on the blacklist? When you look up her address, it shows a real estate company.. that unit could be the property management office, and shes either an employee there or they direct her mail to her apartment..

"can u send them to another address for me? i get my mail from my old address as it is my aunts house but only every few days, she calls me and let me know whats there but i have to wait to get it"

and now she hasn't been online since she sent that message to me on Oct. 20th. :shrug:
