You are doing it properly :) I know a couple people have confused leaving feedback with sending a PM or Vistor Message.
Nope...that's pretty much it. I had a newbie trader PM how to enter trade ratings and I pretty much told her the same way. She pm'd me back saying that she figured it out - but my way seemed easier. I do believe that it's a little convoluted - but once you start doing them more..pretty straight forward. :)
I disagree. If the person sent the agreed upon coupons ON the agreed upon date then they deserve a positive rating. It's certainly not their fault CP was slow. Regardless of whether you got to use them or not, they held up their end of the trade.
And all this talk about how many trade ratings someone has? It SHOULDN'T matter whether they have 5 or 500 trade ratings, if they are owed a rating then they should receive it.
I have worked it out. No worries. Just need to express my feelings.

Just go to the Trade Rating and it takes you straight where you want to be.
I always assume that if I am trading for coupons that expire in three weeks or less, then I am trading at my own risk. Although CP gets almost all my mail to me in 5-7 days, we all know that it can take longer and I am gambling that they will arrive in time to use them. As long as the coupons were mailed on time, I would always give the sender positive feedback. They upheld their end of the trade....

I finally spoke with Cezade this evening & walked her through submitting feedback as she did not know how.
In light of that, I created & posted a how to for feedback (not sure if there was one somewhere on the forum) with screenshots included. If it could be made into a sticky, that would be great ;)
