Maybe there was nothing else on the receipt? The info for the rebate did say it would not refund any coupons used. I did use a coupon, but I also bought a lot of groceries, and my cheque was for the full $9 the razor cost. I received the rebate today. I mailed it July 17.

i have to vent!! i called about my schick razor rebate and they say they never received my submission. i am so angry. it was never returned to me from the post office. am i supposed to send it in with delivery insurance? it is my word against theirs and i guess i lose. i hate these rebate offers.

Do you have any kind of proof? Did you photocopy your receipt, UPC or form? If you did photocopy it, you might be able to get the rebate if you can get a decent customer service rep.

Please don't let this one bad experience turn you off from rebates. Most turn out just fine. Thankfully, in all the rebates I've done (about 60 in the past 2 years) I've always received the rebate eventually. Some (like the P&G/Loblaws double your coupons promo) took a very long time and a lot of back and forth with customer service to receive (16 weeks!) but most arrive within 10 weeks.

btw, I've seen some posts that the Tenderflake kids set is now sold out! I have upc codes but will hold on to them in case they offer something else in the future!
