B1G1 - Tear pad UPC # 72614064 purchase between Dec. 30, 2013 and Feb. 28, 2014 to get one 24ct Sunlight Laundry Pacs. Must be received by Mar. 28, 2014. Max 30,000 coupons.

I would say yes. The fine print reads, "Offer open only to residents in U.S.A. and Canada. All rebate cheques will be sent in US funds only."

I sent mine out yesterday. make sure to use enough postage as its headed to the Us. I have never submitted a MIR outside of Canada before so I hope I get it.

I don't have a copy of this form, but I believe the items have to be purchased at a Loblaws-banner store, i.e., RCSS, Loblaws, etc.

Yes, the price is questionable as many Walmarts have them marked down to $12.98 (it's an unadvertised sale, so I don't know if it's in all provinces), however a couple of days ago the website was showing that the price in stores was as low as $5.97. Some of us got SCOP on it and took it home for free. The item isn't showing up on the website any more so I don't honestly know what price you'll find if you go to Walmart to check it out. Hope that helps!
