SDM Points - Keep an eye on your points!

Folks,

I have started saving all of my shoppers receipts and writing a note on them to indicate what bonus points I should have received. Although most are automatic and you can see it on the bill, often we present printed offers from SDM for bonus points. The cashiers always say, "they won't show up right away". I have noticed in the last 2 months, 3 separate occasions where those points were not awarded. This is after waiting 2 weeks for them to appear on my account.

I follow-up with SDM And they always award them after being prompted, however, just thought I'd let everyone know.....keep an eye on your SDM points and make sure you're receiving all of them!

Thanks! I do the same thing! I write on reciept if its a 20x points event & if I used a 10,000 bonus points coupon then I call them (the last 2x I had to call to get the 10,000 points) haha maybe they think we would forget! Not a chance! LOL

I always keep the receipts, the vib bonus points are never credited
