I am sent surveys from them often enough but I am having trouble with my account. I have sent them about 10 emails and never get a response. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've had some problems with clear voice. Sometimes I can't login properly. Everything is fixed now for me.

clearvoice is horrible in the customer service department

Thu, Aug 13th, 2009, 05:46 PM #9Having the same problem. I have about $25 in completed surveys according to their own records, yet my account has shown a 'balance' of $8.40 for months now. I'm thinking of just walking away... the rewards are terrible for Canadians anyways.

i suggested thay add amazon.ca for canadians and they said no lol
