Trip for 2 to Toronto on Via Rail , accommodations at Fairmont Royal York , spending money , spa treatment , etc.

Winner and his/her guest must be able to travel between September 11th, 2009 to September 13th , 2009, and must depart from and return to the same major commercial airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s home. If the winner lives within a five hundred (500) kilometer to one hundred (100) kilometer radius of the Toronto Lester B. Pearson Airport, the airfare portion of the prize will not be awarded and the winner and his/her guest will then be awarded two (2) VIA Rail train tickets and must depart from and return to the same VIA Rail station nearest to the Grand Prize winners home. If the winner lives within ninty nine (99) Kilometers from Toronto Lester Pearson airport then the rail portion of the prize will not be awarded. Winner and his/her guest will be responsible for ground transportation to and from the departing airport or VIA Rail train station, ground transportation to and from the Royal York Fairmont hotel, transfers, meals, drinks, tips or gratuities, applicable taxes, hotel services (if any), and travel and medical insurance, additional spending money, personal expenses, incidentals and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. No changes are permitted and in the instance of winner not being able to travel, there will be no re-booking and prize will be forfeited. The Contest Sponsors do not assume responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events, flights or trains after ticketing for any reason whatsoever. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining their own travel documents such as passport or travel visa in advance of the departure date.
