    My dear friend passed away lastnight just before 6pm... so amongst all there is to do, I made some time to "relax"... by shopping!!!!!!! =P

    ZELLERS
    x2 slippers (sale $11.22 each) = $22.44
    Source yogurt (clerarance $1.50), minus $1 = $0.50
    cottage cheese (price match SDM @ $2.49) = $2.49
    x6 canned mushroom peices (price match SDM @ $0.59) = $3.54
    x2 Satin Care bonus (price match SDM @ $4.99 each), minus two $4 = $1.98

    SPC Discount (10%) = $3.99

    Total w/tax = $28.42 - $10 gift card (from the $25 P&G promo) = $18.42

    SOBEYS
    x3 Stride gum (sale $1 each) = $3 *20 bonus points WUB3*
    sour cream (sale $1) = $1

    That reminds me of something I did about nine years ago after my first partner passed away. I found myself in a funky little shop that had all it's inflatable furniture on sale for half price! I went home with a room full of inflatables! It was fun and distracting and I eventually gave it to a friend who had some little ones that would have enjoyed the stuff.

    Sounds like your therapeutic shopping was a little more practical!
