hours have been changed... 9am to 6pm eastern time!.. soo here of us in BC they close at 3pm grrrr

Just curious how long does it take to receive these coupons, I emailed them more than 2 weeks ago and they got back right away and said they would send me a fpc and a few other coupons, I haven't received anything
. Should I email them and let them know or wait a bit?

They say 10 business days. I'ver heard many times that emailing them is hit or miss. I always call.

I called today for my monthly coupons for the first time since getting the new parent pack. Amazing that I knew nothing about this considering I'm on maternity from a J&J company (call centre).

I email them each month and request coupons, and they always send me what I request. Usually it's just the baby coupons that I'm looking for, but they never disappoint. Thanks for the great link!
