Bought a mouse from them slowly died on me, ending today.

Source is the place of most dumb ass products and sales person. I bought a mouse on sale...not working after 2 days...made a replacement and that ain't work at all...than made a refund...I bought two cell phones from them and the sales agent is the most stupid, ignorant and ass_..person I ever saw...he never clarify the contracts to me and only for him I am paying 14$+tax extra per month for the service I never wanted

Not to mention the most stupid agent on the phone for their source card...I wish I could found her within my reach!!

Oh lord once i ordered over the phone from the source and the lady sent it to the wrong name and address.

Omg don't get me started. This dude I know use to be a manager at the sorce and he was the biggest douche. He went on a few dates with my friend.
Not that all source employees suck though...

The people working there remind me of used car salespeople. Why don't any women work at TheSource?

To be perfectly honest, I have only once gotten good service while at the source. It was a girl around my age, mid twenties, and she was awesome, she helped me find what I was looking for, and was pleasant.
ANy other time I have been there, the people have seemed like they hated their job and I have gotten next to no service if any. I also find that their check out system seems super slow. There have been times where only one person was ahead of me and it took over ten minutes to reach the check out.
They do have good deals on video games in store though
