My mom bought a Baby Einstein DVD yesterday @ Zellers. She was showing me the video when she noticed a $10 off when you buy 2 coupon on the front. She has decided she will go back Monday, return it and get two vs 1 and save $10.

DH & I go out (she was babysitting for us). When we got home, she said she checked her receipt and the video had scanned for $24.99. The sticker on the video states $16.99 (no markdown, justreg price).

Can she go back for a SCOP? She didn't notice right away...

Thanks, in advance, for the help everyone.

I talked to my husband (he's the one that does this a lot) and he says YES she should get it either for $10.00 less the 16.99 or free depending on Zellers practice. I know Walmart's is $10.00 off the lowest price but can't remember Zeller's. Good luck.

I phoned Zellers and 'cheapskate101' is right. They don't follow the SCOP. But isn't Zellers having 55+ days on Monday in Ontario? Maybe she can take advantage of that.

she can still take it back and claim being overcharged.
if at first you don't succeed, do it the way your wife told you...

I believe that SCOP is based only on shelf price items and not ticketed items.

just go check that shelf it price say 16.99 and than go to customer services and tell them ... and them u will get u money back -only what they own u ...
sometime what happened is that 16.99 on that packing is wrong price or either that price when up and no one change it to different price... just take it back and tell them
