Thank you sooooo much to ker310 & elegie for posting about the Dove Chocolate Bars (Dusk with Almonds & Dark with Almonds) for $1.50 at Wal-Mart!
I went today & picked up what I thought was 10 x Dusk with Almonds. Turns out I had 2 w/almonds & 8 reg Dusk. The cashier rang in 10@ scanned Dusk & they were regular price $2.47 or $2.97 (can't recall now). And I used 10 x $1 coupons.
So then I went to customer service & returned them all. Got back full refund--even coupon value. Paid for the 2 x $1.50 ones (couldn't bring myself to give her 2 more coupons).
I went back again and got 10 of the Dusk w/almonds & used another 10 x $1 coupons.
So, 12 x $1.50 = $18
plus tax = $20.34
minus 20 x $1 coupons = .34!!!!!!
So happy!!

Are you saying you bought 8 at regular price, return it so you'll get the $$ from coupon and then use that money to get more?? Maybe I'm missing out something but doesn't sound right to me.

No, I wasn't intentionally trying to get $ from the coupons---the girl at CS didn't want to wait for me to go back & get the different bars, so she just refunded them. I thought she was going to deduct the coupons & get them back from the cashier for me. But instead, I basically got to use them twice.

I had never seen these coupons before yesterday. I walked into our Salvation Army Thrift store to get a frying pan for my son who is going away to college. While at the check out I noticed tons of coupons in a container closeby. People can contribute or take as they wish. I discovered about 20 Dove coupons thrown in. WOW and no I didn't take all of them. Took maybe 10 along with others, then went and grabbed a stack from my car to replace them. I was excited! (got a great little medium size frying pan too for 3.00)
