rain rain go away!!! My oh my.
In July we didn't have an ounce of rain. In August it seems we've had nothing but!!! My DH has told me stop grumbling about it. He says I sound just like a bloody farmer complaining all the time. (We're both farm kids so he can get away with sayin' it!)
But methinks I feel autumn in the air. The past few nights have been chilly enough to burrow under the blankets. I refuse to shut my windows--they spend too much time being shut over the winter in my opinion. And that weird nesting thing has started happening to me. The urge to can things, bake things, freeze things. Oh yes, it is feeling like autumn all right.
Pretty sure in my previous life I was a squirrel. LOL.
hot, sunny and disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! enough already
Ah, it's going to be a cooler week, in low 20s. Now it's 16 and sunny, a bit of a wind - probably showers later.
uh, ninna - there are some trees on our block already changing colour!

Cloudy & humid. High 22C. Afternoon showers.
Rained again overnight, windy, cool, doubt that we will get to 20.
Risk of frost tonight. Nuts!
Morning fog. Sun. High 25C. Still too humid! 40% chance of overnight showers.
It's six degrees at six this morning; woke up kinda chilly!
However, the sun is coming out, so there's hope for some warmth!
Mix of sun & cloud. High 23C. Low tonight 12C.....my kind of weather!
After several cooler days, we're going back to the higher twenties - yesterday and this weekend.
figures.... toronto is the only city in canada, which has the most reported cases of the west nile virus.... it's because of the damn heat and humidity!!!! with NO rain and mild winter.
