I hope anyone that flooded didn't lose to much. The rain Calgary has gotten hasn't helped the cleanup any. It's been fabulous here. Swimming everyday except yesterday....when we got rain, hail, rain, then sunshine in the evening. Today, the sun is shining and it's already really warm. I can feel the sun through my window and it feels amazing!
It was dark when I left for work, now it's light. lol!!!

what's going on this year?
flooding in muskoka - bracebridge, huntsville, etc
flooding in calgary and surounding areas
flooding and record rainfall in toronto yesterday.

Good EARLY morning, everyone!
Our last morning with our grandson, so up early to go there for 7am so that hubby can go golfing, and then I take him to school. The other set of grandparents take over when they pick him up from school until 'the kids' get home either tomorrow, or Friday, if they overnight in Toronto. It's been such fun being with him...what a difference a year makes! At 5 now, it's like being with a little grown-up instead of a tot! :)
Well!! Let's hope for no more rain for anyone unless they need it, today!! I'm ordering sunshine all around for everyone!!
Although they're calling for rain here....but I'm sure not as much as what the west and TO experienced.
Time for a cuppa!

Looks like a few nice days ahead of us (not that any have been bad for the past couple of weeks!), 27, 28, 29!
The kids fly into Toronto from Vegas today, and will drive home or stay with her DH's brother there and drive back
in the morning depending on how they feel...sounds like they had a great time, but omg, I've sure been missing her
and our 8am morning chats when she gets to her office.......
