Ode To Summer
The lazy days of Summer are like a big bear hug.
The sun comes out and the warmth is like a drug.
The sun rains down upon us like speckled gold dust from above.
The lazy days of Summertime brings all of us great joy and love.
The sunglasses are worn upon the eyes.
Some string bikinis are a big surprise.
I must surmise, the Summer beacons me.
Most of us like Summertime, can't you see.
The lazy days of Summer can make it very clear.
I say hooray for Summertime with a great big cheer
