Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays. Road closures are possible. Ice build-up may cause tree branches to break. Utility outages may occur.
Freezing rain warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces.

...its a frozen tundra, stormy all day yesterday with snow, 100km wind gust..we got about 10-15cm of snow...everything today (incl the harbour) is white & frozen) EVERYTHING is white. Currently -14 feels like -24, -30+windchill for tonight. 10-15 cm for tomorrow evening, another 5-10 cm for Friday. I'm going ice fishing as soon as it warms up a little!
Puppies from all over were here for their daily play group day, but way to cold out there for them all, so they were here for about 45 minutes... -20 and snowing...

Somewhat not a great day with freezing rain and then just rain, but still not bad temps for February.
It is just starting to snow and waiting for all the horrid ice rain and piles of snow keeping fingers crossed that its all bumbo jumbo.
Today was clean up snow .. -9 here today .. with sun off and on
Don't worry I'm taking good care of summer for you all.
