Does anyone know if you can freeze cream for coffee?

International delight flavored cream is on special and I was wondering if I got a few if I could freeze it?

That stuff isnt really cream and it usually has a pretty long expiry date as long as you dont open it. I bought some a couple weeks ago and it doesnt expire until april.

that stuff freezes wonderfully actually. there is enough space in the container to expand. you can also pierce the container if ur worried and it will not expand too much.

there is more edible oil product and emulsifiers than there is water in this product so expansion is not really a problem as opposed to real dairy cream!
if at first you don't succeed, do it the way your wife told you...

Thanks, good to know! Went to RCSS yesterday here in Chatham & there was a demo for International Delight in coffee & a man giving out 75cents off coupons!

Bought 2 new kinds I've never tried! Belgian White Chocolate Macadamia & Mocha Almond Fudge!

The timing was right as I was out of creamer & had no coupons left! Hahaha

Oh & the expiry date isn't until 10feb2010 for the creamer!

Picked up extra coupons, expire 31march2010!

Six months on the shelf sounds somewhat horrifying to me! I found the same thing when I was pregnant and bought cartons of chocolate milk, long expiry dates. I started buying regular milk and Quik syrup instead!

I don't care for milk on its own, can't just drink a glass plain. I think that's a result of when I was in grade 3, the milk was in little bags and left in the hall until lunch. By then it was warm.
