    Not too many people realize, however i though i would pass on the word, because its only to the benefit of the consumer..if you ever buy any Cover Girl product and you are not totally satisfied, allergy reaction etc, there is a toll free number on the product, call them, tell them your situation with the product, and not only will they send you a refund, they will also send you extra goodies for free so its easier, faster, and better than returning it to the store you purchased it

    Yikes! I really wish people won't post stuff like this. I realize that the OP is just trying to pass on what she thinks is helpful info. The problem is that there are people who see this thread and have no problems calling in and making up complaints just to get some freebies. This is not a good way to reward a company for its good CS. Mods, please consider expiring this thread.

    they cant just call in a complaint they have to have the upc code from the product, and a receipt from the company they bought it from, i was only posting to let them know that cover girl in most stores doesnt take returns any more because of this and customers get upset they dont get money returned for a product, i am new to this whole web page and didnt mean and harm or ignorance sorry
