So I bought a new home theater on Wednesday, and I noticed just today that I was misled in some information I received and the one I got isn't exactly what I wanted. Now they were very clear on their policy:

-No refunds
-Exchanges only
-No returns on Dec. 26th and 27th.

Obviously, the item I would like to get as a replacement (more expensive too...) is on sale on the 26th only. So what I would hope for is for some sort of arrangement of me buying the replacement on the 26th and then going back after the 27th to return the previous one. On one hand, you have them saying they don't do refunds. Although my case would end up being one, it would still be an exchange since I did buy a replacement that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. On the other hand, they would make a bigger sale and would profit from this.

What are my odds of this working?
