got mine few days ago.
i do like that it looks different than the save.ca coupons. It was edges so you can rip off and it looks less like a printable coupon, so should be hassle free.

Got mine yesterday!! And the date is written out!!! Thank you brandsaver Just be careful when you're ripping them out that you don't rip where the paper is folded. It rips really easily, found that out for my coupon with shaving cream

I am new to this broad but have been reading it a few months.I got the new coupons in the mail to day.I went to use a few at London drugs and they would not accept them.They said they are already past the use date.They printed the date 2/04/2010.I then went to Safeway to see if they would take them.

I finally received mine in the mail today! The date on all my coupons are 3/04/10. So I better use them in the next couple of weeks to avoid any problems. I feel like I waited forever for these and the ones I did pick seem to be also available at save.ca but I didn't want to have multiple coupons from 2 different sites that have soonish expiry dates. Next time I'm just going to order from save.ca if they are available at both.

I got mine yesterday and emailed P&G to clarify the expiry date. They answered that they are good until April 2, 2010. I am going to print the email to take with me and see if I can use the coupons this weekend.

SO...........has anyone else noticed the Pantene/Vick's typo?? My 'save $2.50 on TWO Pantene' products has a picture of Vick's Nyquil/Dayquil on it!

yeah, oops! if the date doesn't baffle the cashier, the picture is sure to. here's the e-mail I received from a customer service rep assuring me of the date:

"Thanks for contacting P&G..

If you received coupons from brandSAVER.ca with expiration dates like 02/04/2010, these coupons are valid until April 2nd, not Feb 4th. To minimize in-store confusion, we’re confirming this to retailers, so please feel free to use these coupons at your favourite store.

After contacting P&G, they sent me an email like 'lotus', so I've printed it out and will take it with me to show the cashiers.

But are the stores accepting the printed email letter as verification for the coupons?
