I have tried yoga and with my 2 kids at home it is difficult to concentrate on my poses.

Hmm.. I really like swimming.. so in winter I dont do much- reminds me that I need to get out and go for a walk...

I wish I did .. I was on a kick for about two weeks doing the eliptical machine, I need someone to make me feel bad if I don't do it.
But I do love to go swimming as well in the summer time.
I am very active in the Sprin/Summer/Fall Winter just sucks!

Is it because you enjoy walking? And how do you keep motivated to do it everyday?

Running. I've been doing it for many years, and nowadays it's part of my daily schedule. If you want to get into running, I wrote up a 10 week running program for beginners. Just have patience if start a running regimen. It is quite easy to get hurt if you don't ease in to it.
I find it very effective for keeping my weight under control.
