Question about the $6.95 shipping...

If the total includes the $6.95 shipping but not the $8 shipping even though it's written there... would they still charge me the $8 even though it's not included in the total? This is what is written on the last page after following the instructions from the pdf file.

No, you don't get charged the $8 (on my screen it always looks a little 'faded' as well) - just do the math to make sure!

It is a lot of work, but if you keep trying, eventually it works!

wimbly11: I'm not sure. It depends on when the customs person decides to check. A lot of my friend's packages were well over $20, and they never got charged. I got charged once, for a textbook from B&N, but that was because I had to go pick up my order from my nearest Shoppers. Maybe the likelihood of getting charged would depend on if you need to pick it up or not? Not 100% sure. My first order in ELF wasn't over $20, but my upcoming order will be over $20. I just hope I'm lucky enough to get a nice customs person and not have to pick it up.

Can I rant for a second?

Elf sells this really good Powder brush under their Studio line. The problem is it is NEVER in stock. Everytime it goes into stock, it sells out within a few hrs. You'd think with the item being so popular (it really is great for applying foundation etc), they would make more available Ugh. Maybe they'll get more in by the 5th when the shipping ends.

what shipping service do they use? I live in a gated townhouse and usually only canada post can get in, so if they can't get in, then would canada post send me a letter to pick it up?

I'm pretty sure they ship via USPS so it will be Canada Post delivering it to you! And if you're not home, they will leave that door hanger note to notify you for pickup.
