At canadian tire, I saw a small one, a good brand name but forgot the name on sale for $229.99 (or $199.99) - gas powered when I was shopping for one 3 days ago.
I believe but not sure on the price, but I also an electrical one for $169.99 (or $199.99)

Sears does an electric one for around $299 on sale. It works fine.
But then I use it for the driveway and a small sidewalk. Consider how much you will use it before deciding to go the cheapest route.
