Next time you click it and it happens, before changing from the page make note of the URL, and then go back to where you were and hover the url to make sure its the same (as it should be). There is also a thread ID at the beginning of urls (this threads is 119487) make sure those match up. Just a few ideas to try and figure it out. When you get this error, when you go back to the originating forum, is the thread still there?

I'll make note of the information you need the next time it happens.
When I get this error and go back to the thread, it's always there. The threads that this happens with shouldn't be deleted - they are game room threads, but there isn't one specific one that triggers this error.

The connection has timed out

i see this a lot in firefox (ie just quits) when i try to get here and it takes a lot of time to get here.

ok one small little thing im getting tired of.. is not having the ole search engine we had. where whether you were looking for something in particular or starting a new thread, any previous threads popped up. sure would prevent the 100's of threads were getting now on one subject.
please bring back the ole search area. I've tried so many times to look for something in particular but got nothing. and trying to google it through smartcanucks. . thats a joke.

It sadly is part of the forum software (and as for the drop down has this been posted, it always got double posted anyway but it didnt find results that it should have. when I would do the deals threads, instead of linking me to last weeks, it would show completely random results)
