I honestly feel like there is no way to resolve an issue like this here. I do what is asked, tell Boo what I don't like about the site. I didn't in my original post mention Sally's name at all. I've had more than one problem with her. So after the tift today, I pm'ed her and Boo about the situation. I got no reply from either. But I come back into this thread to see Boo had completely taken Sally's side. With no regard for how I as a member of this site feels. He said in a post...I don't know how to quote it, that if someone feels treated badly they will shout it out or pm him, I did both to still be told I am in the wrong. I have comtributed to this site alot, posting deals and coupons etc. When the last issue with sally took place and I was banned, I held back alot of what I normally would post, just because after that I was not so supportive of SC and the choices made. Then we are all asked what we did NOT like about this site. I post something Sally doesn't like and here I am the bad guy again. Being made to feel like this is not worth the savings...

Boo probably gets 500 PMs a day, I'm sure he will answer you

Not everyone is going to get along at all times, and that's fine.

I disagree with many of the things you post , but I feel like we can also have a normal conversation too. It's all about balance really.

Members can disagree all they want. Everyone can have an opinion. However if someone crosses the line it's our RESPONSIBILITY to take care of the situation.

It's really not a difficult thing to understand so long as everyone is on the same page.

The whole point is, some mods cross the line and no one is taking care of it. And it seems like a lot of the ex-mods are posting in this thread expressing this same viewpoint.

I did not mention her name in my original post, but even if she knew the post was about her, she couldn't leave well enough alone. So now everyone knows I have a problem with her, and why. I didn't attack her and trample on her like she claims I did. If you don't like the fact that people will not always like you, then don't give them a reason to not like you. Alright, well I'm sure Boo appreciates you bringing this to his attention. Even if he is defending Sally it's because he was behind the cashback issues and the banning as he said earlier.

Let us not let the 1% unhappiness overshadow the 99% happiness this site has generated for the members.

As humans, we tend to focus so much on the bad stuff (even if it may be only less than 5%) and we forget to celebrate the good.

Live and let live.

I love SC! It has helped me save money,make friends,and more impotantly keeps me away from things I used to do that were not the best hobblies to chose,and i wont go in to details.So there are a few things I dont like.Sometimes I see threads/posts about things,that IMO,are not right,usually coupons being used improperly,that kind of thing,but I usually try to just bite my tongue,and move on to another thread.The other thing is the thumbs up/thumbs down option.I think if a thumbs down is given to a post,a reason why should have to be given.I have had some thumbs downs on my threads,and would really like to know why?Other than that I love SC!!I have even started to love my mail lady!

Not a big deal, Boo, but since you asked....

Is it possible to have the time in between searches lowered? Right now it is 25 seconds and while that doesn't seem like alot, I can't tell you how many times I have tried to search and I get the message "you have to wait 25 seconds between seaches, try again in _____ seconds"

Kotasmommy, here's the bottom line... you lost my trust when you deceived me and wasted my time having me try finding a cashback transaction that you knew never existed. You made me look like a thief in the cashback forum who was denying you your cashback when you knew it wasn't rightfully yours because it never took place. You got all the people in the cashback forum against me. Now you're doing the same again... making a lot of false claims for no reason!

I tried giving you so many chances but I'm just tired of the uncalled attacks and exaggerated drama.

Please either just move on and stop attacking us and live peacefully on SC or please just leave. This is the first time I ask someone to leave SC.

As to the thumbs up/down - the idea of thumbs up is great and gives the OP some credit for finding the great deals, etc. but I think the thumbs down option should be removed - can cause many hard feelings and people feeling bad about posting on the site. Some are clearly spam (like the roving fool(s) that create user names almost daily with a long blurp on how to burn movies, record music, etc. and I admit I give a thumbs down just because but for the most part thumbs down can be seen as insensitive to the OP

Good question... I didn't even know user notes are enabled.

If there's no good use for them I can disable them. Does anyone actually use user notes for anything useful?

That'd be cool if you could disable them. Because as it is now.. anybody can post anything they want on them.. and there's no way to delete those messages.. like the way you can for Visitor Messages on our profiles.
