If I don't do a survey right away, after clicking it after a couple of days it says it's closed.

Hi all

I've been with Opinion Outpost for a few months now and have no complaints about the survey frequency or being able to qualify for them BUT......

I redeemed some of my points for a $20 cheque on July 22nd. The status of the redemption is that it was SENT on July 27th. I noticed that their time zone is Mountain time, so I'm wondering if it's realistic to think that a cheque would take 3 weeks to land on the Prairies??
I know the site asks for 4 - 8 weeks for processing and delivery, but I'm awfully disappointed in the mailman lately.
Anyone else have this experience? Or am I being too impatient?

This is definately strange for them. The checks usually arrive within 2 weeks of being sent. I've been waiting since July 31st for mine & they have never took this amount of time from being sent before. Time to contact them to see what the problem is I guess?

I have had to wait a month or two sometimes, I think it just depends when they make the cheques. Never missed a cheque from Opinion Outpost. So I wouldn't worry too much.

jayne & tshkc, I wouldn't worry either. they're so reputable that I have faith any cheque you've requested will come. keep in mind they state that it can take 4-8 weeks for processing & delivery... mine take an average of 3-4, but I suppose it can vary depending on demand. keep the faith, I'm sure they'll arrive! good luck, keep us posted.

opinion outpost is a very honest panel, yes something it is long to receive your check i think the fastest panel is greenfield online because they use paypal.

I was talking to someone at Opinion Outpost & they told me if the check does not arrive within 6 weeks from the "sent date" on your homepage & they will re-issue you another check.

I recieved mine yesterday, it was requested mid July, the cheque is dated July 30 and it hit the Vancouver area on the 25th of august...
