Old Navy has weird clothing sizes. They seem to all be made for people who are only 5 feet tall. And smalls are too short but way to wide.
Winners has nice clothing every once in a while, but usually everything is UGLY!
I like Suzy Shier, but it all depends on your style and and age. I can't wear their shirts cause my chest is too big.

Hardly ever find things at Old Navy.. Had a skirt which was 5 sizes smaller then i would usually wear.. hmm.. so I agree with the "wierd sizes" statement
Only ever bough a belt from Winners
I've had a few things from Suzy Shier over the years

Suzy is nice, but only sells clothing, and it does depend on your age. Winners also has a childrens and mens section, and housewares (towels, dishes, chocolates and sometimes tea!). They have great stuff around Christmas as well.

Winners has a good selection on everything but you have to go in very regulary to get the bargains as they really sell out quick.

Be a little kinder than necessary, remember everyone is fighting their own battles.

I would go for winners just because you have the option to buy things other then clothing. Options are always good.
