LF Canning supplies deals

Hello every one,

I'm thinking of doing some canning this year and I was wondering where i could find the best deals on jars, lids, pectin, etc.?

For jars, check out the thrift shops in your area. Lids can be found anywear, ie Walmart. I found Bernardin Sweet Pickle spice mix for $0.10/ box at Walmart, not sure if yours would have though. Actually, the best places I've found for canning supplies are usually hardware stores (small Mom and Pop type places). Good luck and happy canning!
