I've been dying to see that, but couldn't talk Dh into going to the theater with me - instead the icoke passes (that ---> I <--- collected for) were saved for when Driver came out, lol. But a date night is a date night, so Driver it was.

    Definitely bidding!!

Congrats on your first win!!!! What was it?!
As for getting lots of points without spending on shipping are PINS. There are soooooo many PINS out there now! Stouffers, Pampers, Huggies, iCoke, Sunlight... I'm sure there are more!

If you're eating Stouffers or Lean Cuisine, as a starvin' student ... you can get them for $2 when they're on sale! not many people auction off the Stouffer's PINS, either.

Thanks it was an amazon.com GC, Im trying to get enough to buy some things ive always wanted without having to spend any money out of my pocket, sadly the thing I want is like 90$ so I need ALOT of codes, and only have 2 so far.. im going to keep working at it though.

I dont eat stouffers, or Lean Cuisine.. im a very picky person and dont like that stuff lol.. I do auction off iCoke pins, but the most I get is like 60 points for them.

You're looking for Amazon.com GCs?? (did I read that right?!) You've already joined Superpoints -- the GC's will come (eventually!). What about Swagbucks? You only need 450 points to get a $5 Am. GC. You can do it!!!

I think the iCoke PINS have gone up in value because lately (like this week!) an iCoke PIN is going for more than 100 Listia credits! I had a Nestle/Aeroplan Miles code that I auctioned off... not expecting much for it, and I rec'd over 200 credits for it!! Ya just never know!

Do you have any friends or family with kids in diapers? Those codes do well on Listia.

A lot of these sorts of PINS, people just throw out! You could do a recycle walk in your neighbourhood and just see what people throw out!

You could also auction off FPCs (free product coupons), but you can't auction off ordinary coupons.

    Hope this helps!!

I wouldn't purposely buy anything for Listia if your aim is solely credits, because after shipping you will almost always have been better off to have auctioned off an amazon GC - even a $1 one. For example shipping video games/movies usually costs me $2.50 to the US, the amazon(.com) equivalent of 1250 credits - so if a game I'm selling does less than that, or even just close to that, I would have been far better off just to visit amazon instead of paying for postage. And don't even start with parcel prices!! You get a lot of credits for a $10 amazon card, and that's just the shipping, never mind the value of your item. Amazon cards consistently go for about 2500 credits/$5 after you've had a few auctions and people trust you. I put a GIN of 2675 on some of mine (and now all of them), and GIN has been used the last 3 out of 4 times. One seller does a GIN of 2400 and I don't think I've seen an amazon auction of theirs end without the GIN being used (remember Listia takes 10% of GIN sales - as a way to deter credit "swapping"). I still list video games and other items because I like Listia, but always keep shipping in mind when you list an item.

Even if the item fits in an envelope, and is less than 30g, it will still cost you .62 after GST to ship your item (plus envelope), so in amazon value whatever it is should fetch 310 credits (just for your shipping costs alone) before you start to "make" any credits on the item. Shipping to the US is over $1 just for letter mail under 30g, so if you're not getting over 500 credits, selling an amazon GC for $1 would be a better bet.

There is room for variation in credit values, after all this is an auction site, and the fluctuation of the USD/CAD exchange rate has to be considered, but if it's not something you have lying around the house anyways, and you weren't able to trade coupons to get free stamps (this is a great site!!), be careful what you list if your sole goal is getting the best credit value for your dollar
