this pops up all the time

this all happened on thursday my computer was attacked big time

my scans now say i'm all good took only 5 hours of scanning to get it all done
but this pop up also says i have harmful worms and trjans on my comp i just want it gone but don't know where to go to get rid of it lol

I did a whole clean up on my computer yesterday tweeking it here and there

maybe a wipe of the whole hard drive might be in order...but backing up all the main files to CD-RWs
