it could work for this since I think I pulled something. lately I have been having nerve pain which won't be helped by the heating pad so I wasn't even thinking about the heating pad for this. Thanks!

I am actually crossing my fingers that the nerve pain means that I am getting the feeling back in my back! it is so painful but the skin is still numb so when someone touches my back I can just barely feel something and it drives me crazy. been like that for a cuople of years now.

I got a constant ebb and flow of back pain...born with genetic scolosis form call sherman's disease...some days are of course better then others...then putting my back out 3 times before I turned 19 didn't help matters either...now I get pinched nerves its like a rocket effect of shooting pain or even numbness...anyways...some times heating pads work...but Motrin is always better or IB prophen....

thanks Vee and green! Green I have Kyphosis that I was born with and it was so bad I was almost in a wheel chair and then I had 2 surgeries to correct it and still dealing with recovery. recovery is awful takes over a year just for one surgery and then 2 makes it even longer! on the plus side they have made excellent progress in making the scoliosis surgery alot less invasive!!! I am so happy to hear that because that could mean progress for the kyphosis surgery too and I would never wish the surgery I had on anyone (except maybe enemies hehe)
