    lol no it's not legal but the more documenation he has from the dr the better went threw the same problem hen i injured my hand they wanted me back at work asap and i couln't even move my hand let alone drive i was doped up on pain meds

    I actually find the WSIB return to work policy very disturbing...

    Yes, Vee... Now it's all about the documentation... It's a headache, but with paper, you have tangible proof....

    Someone should investigate WSIB and their policies...
