I got mine in the Edmonton and Calgary sun but so far there wasn't one in the Express

They were in the Calgary Herald on Friday.......In the Edmonton & Calgary Journal on Saturday.........and in the Edmonton & Calgary Sun today. I'm going to assume that they'll probably be in the Advocate tomorrow since they always seem to be a few days behind the rest?

Or if anyone's seen them in the Advocate/Express/Life can you pls post when?

Usually you can always get them in the Express FREE, however i find the express funny lately, seems to be dying off

They stopped delivering all the free papers here for the longest time b/c there were a few houses that wouldn't take their papers in & then the flyers, etc would be strewn all over the streets!! Now they've started to deliver the paper again, but not ONE flyer or insert!! Ugh, I'm calling them tomorrow to see if they might grant me a special paper that actually has the flyers in it so I don't have to steal my friends every single week or drive around to the store where I know I want their flyer (dragging the kids in & out each time blahhhhhhh!!!!)

They haven't delivered ours in probably a year. Instead we now have boxes in each neighbourhood that you just grab your own.

I still havent seen one where I live. I have tried buying the paper and nothing... I wonder what the stores do with the old newspapers?

I usually go to (or call depending on the time) the Shell Gas station & ask them if they can hold their unsold papers for me & then I go over the next morning & they give me the inserts. They just throw their unsold papers out in the trash I usually wait until I know which papers the inserts will be in & then only ask them to hold the one day's worth.....I'm going to stop there tomorrow morning to see if they had any of the Calgary or Edmonton Sun's leftover

Good idea. But how do you know which one's they will be in?

I stop quickly on the Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings of the weekend that the insert is supposed to be out & flip through all of the papers to see which one it's in.....usually though the Journal (Edm & Cgy) does theirs on Saturdays & the Sun (Edm & Cgy) does theirs on Sundays from what I've experienced....

Thanks everyone, as well!!! I know a recycle bin in Anders that gets calgary something or another paper in them cuz the person living there must deliver them.. *shrugs* might swing by this am on my way to work, lol!

They rip off the first page and it's sent back for credit.My DD works for Pharmapix, on Sunday i get the inserts from the papers that don't sell as these papers are recycled
