I got the same message, then I received an e-mail a few days later thanking me for visiting their website and reminding me of the products they suggested for me. I was disappointed because I was hoping for samples too. Then a week later I received another e-mail asking if I would like samples. Click the link in the e-mail and your samples will be sent!

I tried to get it several times. I was filling out questionarries again after they weren't arriving. I tried 3 times (with different addresses) and have never received anything....

they take time to come....but they do come....I had also given up on the samples when they come at the end of around 1.5 months and not in one but two whole packages....with very small cute bottles.....
