Do you for milk, eggs, even pet food? Seriously, even snack foods have them in addition to lotions and creams for face and body, and sunscreen too!

i never check expiry dates either. i think i have stuff in my medicine cabinet that's 10 or 15 years old. as long as it works, i'll keep using it (that goes for body parts too...LOL)

i'll even refreeze meat if it thaws.

expired medicine can go toxic as well. please be careful. there are numerous websites on this. eek!

Wow. Mixed feelings. I'm Fascinated and yet, at the same time, am thinking this is the epitome of "way too much time on your hands"! (But that's probably because I'm grumpy - I haven't even had time to have lunch - and I brown bagged it today!! Decided I needed a mental break, if not a real one, so spent the last 5 minutes here. I do not play games with medications. Thankfully I rarely need them,
but I do check expiry dates. Medication loses its potency and effectiveness after the expiry date. It will not harm you in most cases if it passed the expiry date by a month or two depending on the nature of the meds.

As for refreezing meat... that too depends on if it was previously frozen,
and for how long and if it was frozen, thawed and then refrozen...etc.

Remind me not to attend any of your dinner parties...
