Sure, why not? Use Legal Aid (paid for by the government) to sue the government (more legal costs) to get money out of the government. All paid for by the taxpayer. Ugh.

I have to ask .... do you live in a mansion? 7k-18k to redo a roof?
That may well be the going rate these days as I haven't a clue. It has been some time since I had to have a roof done and it was covered ny insurance at the time.
I am in this house going on 5 years in January. I hope it will be a long time before I have to think of redoing the roof.

I found out while still in my old house that shingles that say they are good for 20 -25 years... are actually good for under 10 years.... I hate to think what 10 year shingles are good for....

I am not familiar with Etobicoke houses as I lived in North York when I lived in Toronto I was aroung Hoggs Hollow. That was back a few years.
I can't imagine what it would cost for my home presently, and I am choosing not to think about it. What about your place on Gilligan's Island? I would suspect they would get you good there too becaseu you are in an island... and Tina Louise isn't what she used to be
