Hi Everyone:
The concert was really good. Unfortunately I only seen half of Kid Rock. I had to line up to get our tickets, since I had bought them so late they couldn't be mailed. If you ever do that go early cause there are a lot of people picking them up!
Bon Jovi played for 2 1/2 hours, ended right at 11:30. His voice was really good singing all that time. The sound could have been a little better, but it was Rogers Center. Anyways, a good night and lots of people!
Good night.
P.S. Q had already given out all the free stuff when we got there but I did enter the contest for the guitar.:-)
Actually, George "Spanky" McFarlane lived a rather long life without falling victim to the curse. (unless you count typecasting) He did a tour in the air force, hosted a children's TV series, then mainly lived the rest of his life doing odd jobs. He returned to acting later in life. His final appearance was on the series Cheers.
Robert Blake played Mickey in the series.

We missed Kid Rock's first few songs as well (spent a little more time in a martini bar up on Wellington E, lol), but I was impressed. I'd like to see him headline his own show sometime.
Highlight of the night, for me, was finally hearing Bon Jovi's Jeff Buckley-influenced cover of Leonard Cohen's Halelujah!
Got home just before 1am, felt like I was going to crash, but got a second wind when I sat down at the computer, lol. Now I'm crashing...
 Hi everyone,
