Isn't this what AndiT is already doing on a daily basis (bless her heart!)...not specific to the Pink Floyd words, but all words/codes? Are efforts being duplicated?

it is! and not to devalue what Andit does!
but a dedicated thread with just one post a day of all that day's pink floyd ww's would save wading through tons of posts.

i sometimes change the radio station ! and listen to rock 95.7 out of barrie. they play classic rock but aren't afraid to widen the play list to Pearl Jam, Theory of a Dead Man, Nirvana, Finger Eleven, etc.

i sometimes change the radio station ! and listen to rock 95.7 out of barrie. they play classic rock but aren't afraid to widen the play list to Pearl Jam, Theory of a Dead Man, Nirvana, Finger Eleven, etc.

I listen to 95.7 too but only when the Q signal fades as I head north. Although now I tend to listen to my iPod more than Q because I have music I want to hear on it. Most is what you hear on Q but I am a big blues fan as well and Q doesnt play BB King, Derek Trucks, etc so I have that on there as well.

Saw a headline on the news while I was at the gym last night. "Woman Dies Aboard Nigeria - Atlanta Flight". Read up about it when I got home. Apparently, foul play is not suspected, but her family is frantically searching for someone to help release the $10M in cash she had in her carry-on luggage.

Billy Talent, Sam Roberts, Our Lady Peace, Head stones (and these are just the Canadian talent).

Maybe even try the other station in Hamilton? Or the St. Catharines Rock station. That's whats nice about this area, we really do have a number of stations to choose from.

Looks like I'm not the only one out there who likes q107 (my main station for listening) but believes that they could give air time to other bands and play songs by bands that they do give air time to that they never play. Even a lot of what they play now, I'd be happy if they played a little less. I used to love AC/DC's Thunderstruck. Now, the very mention of it makes me want to jam a screwdriver in my ears.

Oh, and when they released Black Ice, and played Rock and Roll Train once an hour, every hour? Good God, I was tired of the album (which ended up being pretty good) before it was even released!
