I was going to save myself the trouble if I could, but I have already bought the felt etc. to make the mat… It’s just that I keep my modular router and my hand planer in my other workshop…and I’m too tired at the end of the day to whittle the whole damn thing.

Not many of my friends are really gamblers, so explaining Keno and craps to drunk chicks is not the way to go. To entertain serious gamblers drunk chicks alike, I’m leaning towards casino type games with a silly twist…think MGM Grand meets Dave and Busters or the Price is Right.
I’m thinking Higher Lower, dice Crown and Anchor, simple blackjack, dartboard roulette, a version of ski-ball that involves ghetto horseshoes and washers…
There will be real gambling later in the evening, as I am a poker fiend and so are several of my friends husbands.
Anybody have any ideas for new games or ways to adapt a traditional casino game into a more house-friendly one?
I'd appreciate any input you have. I'm leaving early, but I'll be back for any brilliant ideas I can find in the morning! Thanks Qsters!

OK you crazy canuckleheads, my time draws nigh. I will see you on the morrow. I'm off to get my flannel pj's and head over to Michele M's place for her pajama party, then I have to meet Loocie and the rest of the gang at my hotel for the night cap party. Have a pleasant evening and play nice.
