I love Thanksgiving, there is so much to be thankful for. My Family gets together on the Saturday for many reasons, but mostly that it does get the whole family together 30-38 of us as everyone else has it Sunday or Monday, we generally get all the folks PLUS, you know the next day is a holiday... And as far as beef goes, my Mom usually get a Prime Rib and whole Ham..
