    A couple of years ago, when some friends were renovating their kitchen, we went out for lunch. My friend's husband ordered a corned beef on rye & asked the "server" for hot mustard. The young gal looked very puzzled & shrugged but she obviously wanted to have a happy customer, so she came back with some regular run-of-the-mill mustard heated up in a little ramekin.

    On that hot subject..........A beer for you hot lovers out there.

    Actually Blairs rates the D Bomb at 1.5 million and Mad Dog's Revenge at 1.1 million. My mother bought me a 2.0 oz bottle of Blair's 5a.m. Reserve while in Vegas. She bought it from the actual owner at a hot food show for only $125.00. It's rated at 5 million.

    I like Dave's Insanity as a sauce, but that's about as hot as I can go.
    The others I only use for cooking or mixing.

    One of my favourite sauces is "Ass Kickin' Wasabi" it is great!
    Habanero peppers and Wasabi Horseradish in a tomato sauce!
