Hope everyone enjoyed their day.

Had a lovely day of leisure with the critters (errands can wait, this was far more important). Made the poor cat walk down a whole flight of stairs. Lazy brat kept lying down & screaming at me to pick him up. He`s younger than I am - if I can walk up & down a flight of stairs, so can he! Also took the dog up to the rooftop to play. Can`t seem to convince her that I`m not the one who`s supposed to be doing the fetching. Gotta love a dog who prefers to throw the toy for the human to fetch. Of course, she`s lazy too, couldn`t wait to go back inside, as you can see in the pic.

Guess they take after me.

Good afternoon! I am SO far behind in reading - I'm on last Sunday right now.

I've got great news. I was told yesterday that the malformed vein I have is NOT an aneurysm! It is if no concern whatsoever and I don't have to go back to Toronto Western or have any more tests!

Another piece of info came up last weekend. I saw a dog on Sunday that looked EXACTLY like mine. Somebody asked me what kind of dog mine was and I said "He was sold to us as a purebred Bichon Frise but we don't think he is." Then the owner of my dog's "twin" said "My dog is a purebred Havanese. Yours is a Havanese too." Finally I know, and I'm sure she's right. Probably the confusion came by all the different owners misunderstanding what was said. Havanese is also known as Bichon Havanais. So if the breeder called it a Bichon Havanais, the first buyer may have just said it was a Bichon to the people that I bought it from or they though he said Bichon Frise so they sold it to me as a Bichon Frise. I have done research on the breed and I convinced that Buddy is a Champagne Piebald Bichon Havanais and I couldn't be happier about it. He is sweeter and more affectionate than my Bichon Frise ever was (and that's saying a lot!)

The LCBO initially plans to bring in 40 710 ml bottles of the suds which will sell for for $115 each.
