Geez, I think I almost got the tickets last hour. They answered and I just heard what was on the radio for a while and then he mentioned the caller 106 & 107, then 108 won! I was still on the line so I sent Al an e-mail and asked him what is going on and he said they put the callers after 107 on hold! They never did say anything so I guess they do that in case 107 hangs up like they did, they take the next one!


I also seen Iron Man 2 last night. I didn't see #1 so I can't compare. I enjoyed it, lots of special effects and action especially during the second half, but wish I had of seen the first one. Didn't stick around after the credits so I don't know what TNSF saw then!

Just in from Iron Man 2. I was very skeptical going in - sequels rarely live up to the hype and expectations, and Iron Man left some rather large shoes to fill. 2 picks up shortly after the end of the original, and it has EVERYTHING the original had and more: humour, action, great effects, and a budding relationship between Tony and Pepper.

If you enjoyed the original, it goes without saying you'll enjoy the sequel. DON'T leave as the credits start to roll, though. After the credits finish, there's a quick tease for a Marvel film now in production. (I won't spoil the fun, but everyone who stuck around was stoked)

Thanks so much for your review TNSF. I'll pass it along to my hubby; his company is hosting a customer event at a viewing of the movie. Had I known it was your review Derringer was reading, I'd have paid closer attention!
