This is an excellent point. And it is a way to keep the person alive and make something good come out of something terrible providing that there are viable organs and/or tissue. Transplant recipients are very grateful. I have somebody else's cornea stitched into my left eye. If it wasn't for that gift I would not be able to see well enough to drive.

hey all thanks for the ww's been working a lot these last few days but have some time off till the weekend now. And of course looks like rain in the forecast. T.R sorry about your brother our hearts go out to you and your family. Try and remember the good times and lets hope your messge gets out there to others who decide to make a wrong decision which has cost your brother and the rest of your family dearly. Hopefully something good comes out of all this with even stopping possibly one person from drinking and driving as they read what some of the consequences could be.

....thanks so much...I do hope it's a heads up anyone who has dodged the bullet of drunk driving.....while raising my boys, I always told them that if they get impaired at a party and drove there, or if their drive home person is impaired?......CALL ME!!!!!.....

Good morning, everyone! A bit of sun, but the clouds are moving in & taking over.

Recaps will be late tonight, I'm off to see Rain with a friend who LOVES the Beatles & is a musician to boot. Lots of fun to see the difference between a dolt like me who goes, enjoys the concert & says "Gee, they were good" vs my friend who says "Gee, they were good, there were only two pieces where a note was changed."

Clearly the 7 years of piano lessons were wasted on me.
