good question. also wondering how to get more referrals. so far i have one only since i joined it in April 2010.
i did the same like you did, and no idea how to attract more referrals...

I started getting more once I started to spam all my wins on Facebook. However, I have almost 1700 friends through GSN, so effects will probably vary, and I didn't really get that many.

I thought about telling people at work, but I work in a small office where we share one IP address, so I didn't think it was worth the risk.

Probably the best way is to just post a lot in multiple forums at SC, but I don't really care enough to do that.

did you mean we need to have a lot of friends on facebook in order to get referrals? i only have about 20 newly added friends. if so, i'll ask more.. thanks.

Even though I'm not able to search much AT ALL, I redeemed my first set of Amazon GCs last night! Mad Men season 4 on blu-ray is available for pre-order on Amazon.ca for $29.97, had $25 in Amazon GCs saved up from Swagbucks, so only $8.87 afterwards Very excited. Same price on DVD too. Seems inexpensive!

yes, it does need a credit card, but i used a american express gift card with $5 balance; yes, it needs to be canceled later on. try to use gift card with a nominal balance, so if we forget, it does not hurt.
