Just thought I would let you guys know that I survived Hurricane Irene. She made landfall right where I live. We have LOTS of damage, but are all safe! I just got internet back last night after a week without it....

thanks for all the new words. Looks like I missed quite a few as I was having my 4th baby.

Went into hospital Monday (water slightly broke) - went home after a couple hours of observation, Tuesday saw my OB in the morning - no concerns, so went on with my day and continues to have ds1 birthday party in the afternoon (his b-day is today). Then went back to the hospital Tuesday evening and had ds2 Wednesday morning. He was a healthy 8lbs 12oz 21 1/2 inches long and was a 1 1/2 weeks early.

Anyone else wondering why after all this time, P&P still can't get their act together and fix their pages so they don't have always post the "missing" words the next day?

I've been wondering that for a long time...LOL!

Wow, I never realized how short a time period some of the words are available for until being away for a week and trying to play catch-up.

But it's OK. I went to Chicago for 5 days with my mom and 2 sisters and we had a great time! Except now I'm sick :s

There is another member (not rebate_queen, who I can attest is a long time member who posted many, many, many words) who blatantly copies hunt words to at least two other US based sites without stating BORROWED.

To me this is blatantly offensive because hunt words take a lot of effort to find and this member just copies the lists without even saying "thank you" to the members (really only two, you know who you are) who post them here. I understand that once something is posted on the Internet, it is free to all and saying BORROWED is a formality. But at least say THANK YOU to the posters here before copying the hunt lists and racking up you own thank yous from the US sites. To me that's just common decency.

Rant over.
