Thanks so much for all the words!

Just thought I'd check in & see how everyone is doing. I still haven't finished decorating my Xmas trees (I have 7 little trees - a mini forest's worth on my kitchen island, the only free spot in my tiny apt). The smallest one is 6" & the tallest is 2ft. The critters & I will be spending Xmas at my folks' place where there's a full size tree for the critters to admire (they both like to lie under the tree for some reason?).

I've been a busy girl lately. I had friends come down last weekend for the Xmas market (http://torontochristmasmarket.com/). I literally live across the street from there, so all my friends are planning to stop by here at some point (Lily dog is in absolute heaven that company is coming to visit her ). It was also my Mom's b-day on the 4th & my best friend's b-day the day after, so been eating out more than usual (certain roommates are still ticked I've not been bringing home doggy/kitty bags).

Off to go make several dozen mini quiche with my neighbour for our condo Xmas party.

I think my New Year's resolution is going to have to be scheduling in some naptime.

Haircuts are so much fun with little kids! Ever since he was a toddler, my son has been going to the barber with Dad. he won't even contemplate going to a hair salon, and the idea of a woman cutting his hair gives him conniptions! They always stop at Timmy's afterwards, for some quality guy time over coffee/hot chocolate and donuts!
