    For the Gillette Cartridges, BF went out of town and bought one of their disposable razors and we had problems with them. Complained and they mailed us these as a replacement. Was only expecting an FPC for one.

    As for Cover Girl, had clumpy mascara, and they mailed me an FPC.

    It pays to let them know when there stuff doesn't work. But I also have sent lot's of emails to let them know when stuff is great as well, and have gotten FPC's that way as well!

    That's awesome that they sent you the FPC's as they did! I guess it really does pay to give feedback to the companies about their products. I've emailed companies asking for samples before but never thought to email regarding a bad experience or even about the good experiences with their products.

    What types of products have you written with positive feedback and have received the FPCs for!?!

    got the MAria badescu samples.....7 cute little bottles...i guess if they work nice I will buy Maria Badescu...the catalog looks as if research has been put into making this stuff...
    my only worry is that I may not be able to judge in 1 or 2 uses whether its good..
