Awesome mail today even though it was only one piece lol ... I had bought some casa di mama pizza's a few weeks ago and when i got home and opened them (i have a small freezer so chuck boxes to save room) they were deformed like they had thawed and been refrozen. So I wrote to Dr.Oetker and gave them the UPC codes off the box took pictures of the deformed product where I bought them and so on. We wrote back and forth for a few days and today they sent me an envie.

Inside was:

I dont ever complain this was actually my first time cause I had got them at loblaws without coupons (i was in a rush) paid 7.99 each for them and was upset that they were not edible but Dr. Oetker made up for it
